Refund Policy

When refunds apply

You may request a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and no work has commenced. If jujudesigned is unable to deliver the service as agreed, a full refund applies.

When refunds do not apply

Once substantive work has begun on your project, refunds are not available. Projects typically begin within 3-5 business days of confirmed payment.

Partial refunds

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, a partial refund may be offered proportional to the work not yet completed, at our discretion.
